When they were younger we had an inflatable blue elephant whose trunk was a ruler. It was Nana’s favorite game to bring out the elephant every tie they visited and measure that wienie soft and hard. Most people measure height on the wall, We had our own measurement and had them marked on the counter.

It was a sad day when he was retried and a tradition was lost on the way side.
