The twins want to go to the zoo and have a picnic today. I really had planned to stay in all day and enjoy their little bodies. I invited a friend over for an early dinner and he was going to join in the fun, giving me some grown up time and sharing the twins with me.
I hate telling the twins no when they want to do something, they are so good to me. So I decided we were going to combine everyone’s wants some how.
We are going to go to the zoo and take a picnic lunch for the park. But we will go to the park on the other side of town that has lots of hiding spots and not lots of people. We are going to play with each other in public in the bright afternoon sun while we enjoy our picnic.
When we get home they are going to help me get dinner started and when my friend shows up we will all shower together and get ready for dinner. Then the night will be mine.
