Sometimes I look at Hailey and remember when she was Harley most of the time and only Hailey part of the time. She is beautiful as Hailey now all the time but it is hard not to think about all the memories we have made over the years. Like the first time Harley woke up with a hard on (that he remembered) and was mortified. Crying he came running to me and just knew that his pee pee was broken. It was hard as a rock and he couldn’t bend it down to go pee. It hurt and felt funny and he swore that he would never be able to pee again and he was sure to die because the pee would fill him up and come out of his mouth, nose, eyes and ears. He was hysterical. That was the first time we played doctor. Mommy was the nurse who had to take care of his broken pee pee. Rubbing it gently and talking to him in a calm whisper the nurse kissed his booboo and fixed it right up. We have played Doctor many times since. I even stole a speculum from my gynecologists office and he often gives me an exam before I return the favor. Now that he is Hailey all the time, having his vajayjay checked is one of his favorite things. Playing Doctor and Nurse has sure changed over the years, but in a good way for both of us. I can’t wait to see what new games we will play together in the future and who we will play them with. I just love my girl!
